摘　　要：采用先张法生产混凝土轨枕时,为了一次成型多个轨枕以提高生产效率,需要人工在轨枕成型钢模中放置多个挡板将钢模分隔开,为此需大量人工合力将钢筋组抬入钢模内,工人劳动强度大,工作效率低。本文提出一种轨枕预应力钢丝自动编组装置和入模系统及技术,能够自动将挡板分置到位,自动将轨枕预应力钢丝编组并送入钢模,自动化程度高,降低劳动强度,省工省时,提高工作效率,降低生产成本。When using the pre-tensioning method to produce concrete sleepers,in order to form multiple sleepers at once to improve production efficiency,it is necessary to manually place multiple baffles in the forming steel die of the sleepers to separate the steel die.A large amount of manual force is required to lift the steel reinforcement group into the steel mold,resulting in high labor intensity and low work efficiency for workers.An automatic grouping device and die-entry system and technology for pre-stressed steel wire of sleepers have been proposed,which can automatically separate the baffle in place,automatically group and feed the pre-stressed steel wire of sleepers into the steel die,with a high degree of automation,reducing labor intensity,saving labor and time,improving work efficiency,and reducing production costs.
