摘　　要：本文主要研究金属材料焊接主要缺陷的分析及其控制策略。通过对常见缺陷如裂纹、焊缝折断、夹渣、气孔、咬边和焊瘤等进行深入分析,提出针对性控制措施,并探讨综合控制策略,以期有效提高焊接接头的质量和可靠性。This article mainly studies the analysis and control strategies of main defects in metal material welding and forming.Through in-depth analysis of common defects such as cracks,welding fracture,slag inclusion,porosity,edge bite,and welding nodules,targeted control measures are proposed and comprehensive control strategies are explored to effectively improve the quality and reliability of welded joints.
