摘 要:车架是多功能破障车非常重要的受力构件,其结构性能直接关系到整车的安全问题。建立破障车车架有限元模型,四点支撑和推土工况的静强度分析,完成样车车架应力测试试验。分析结果表明四点支撑和推土工况车架强度不足。试验结果表明各工况测点数据与有限元计算值相差较小,四点支撑工况测点1区域发生了塑性变形,推土工况测点1和测点12发生了塑性变形,验证了车架有限元分析的正确性。对车架进行优化设计,提供了三种车架改进方案,方案二为最佳方案,改进方案的车架满足工作要求,为相关车辆车架的分析研究提供了技术方法。The frame is a very important load-bearing component of the multifunctional obstacle breaking vehicle,and the struc⁃tural performance of the frame will directly affect the safety of the whole vehicle.In this paper,the finite element model of the frame of the obstacle breaking vehicle was established,and the static strength analysis under the working conditions of four-point supporting and bulldozing were carried out,and the experiment of stress measurement of the vehicle frame was completed finally.The results show that the frame strength was insufficient under the working conditions of four-point support and bulldozing,and there was little difference between the measured data and the simulation results of finite element.In the process of the experiment,the plastic deformation occurred in the measuring point 1 under the condition of four-point supporting and the measuring point 1 and point 12 under the condition of bulldozing.The correctness of the finite element analysis of the frame was verified.The optimi⁃zation design was conduct according to the simulation results,and three kinds of improvement schemes of the frame are provided.The second scheme has the best performance,and the improved frame meets the working requirements.In this paper,the analysis and improvement of the frame of the obstacle breaking vehicle are completed,which provides a technical reference for the analysis and research of the frame.
