摘 要:新能源汽车动力电池相变传热介质热管理系统由于结构简单等优点得到了广泛的关注。针对目前对该系统的研究主要集中在单一影响因素的分析和改进的现状,首先建立基于相变材料的电池热管理系统数值传热模型,然后对相变材料的热导率、相变温度、用量以及传热路径的接触热阻等因素的影响进行数值分析,得出不同因素的最优作用范围。在此基础上应用正交试验的方法进行重要性和显著性分析,得到不同参数配置下电池热管理系统的性能。结果表明对电池工作温度的影响程度而言,相变温度的影响最明显,然后依次是接触热阻和热导率。而对相变材料液相比例而言,重要性依次递减分别是相变材料的相变温度、用量、热导率和接触热阻。最优参数组合在5C放电倍率也能将电池的温差控制在3℃,工作温度控制在43.5℃内。The thermal management system of phase change heat transfer medium for the power battery of new energy vehicles has been paid more and more attention due to its simple structure.In view of the current situation that the research on the system is mainly focused on the analysis and improvement of a single influence factor,the numerical heat transfer model of battery thermal management system(BTMS)based on phase change material(PCM)is firstly established.Then,the influence of thermal con⁃ductivity,phase transition temperature,amount of PCM and contact thermal resistance of heat transfer path are numerically an⁃alyzed,and the optimal action range of different factors are obtained.On this basis,the importance and significance of the ther⁃mal management system are analyzed by the orthogonal experimental method,and the performance of BTMS under different pa⁃rameter configurations is obtained.The results show that phase transition temperature has the most obvious influence on the oper⁃ating temperature of the battery,followed by thermal contact resistance and thermal conductivity.In terms of the liquid phase ra⁃tio of PCM,the phase transition temperature,amount,thermal conductivity and contact thermal resistance of PCM decrease in descending order.The optimal parameter combination at 5C discharge rate can also control the temperature difference of the bat⁃tery within 3℃,operating temperature within 43.5℃.
