摘 要:针对油气悬架内部油液状态变化对输出特性影响进行分析。根据单气室油气悬挂的结构特点和输出力特性,依据热力学定律和BWR方程,对内部气体和油液的热力学特性进行分析;对流经阻尼孔的油液状态、压力损失进行分析,获取阻尼力做的功;搭建油气悬挂数据模型和加载试验台,采用Simulink搭建仿真分析模型;分别施加静载荷和周期性动载荷,获取悬挂的输出力特性和内部油液、气体的温度变化,分析温度对输出特性的影响。结果可知:阻尼作用使得温度增加,进而对油气悬挂承载特征影响较大;静态加载时,悬挂内部气体的近似为理想气体,气体热力学过程可近似为等温过程;动态加载时,气体为变质量系统,其所处热力学过程为多变的过程;油液温度升高,油液粘度下降,悬挂承载降低13%左右;模型仿真和试验结果基本一致,气体压力误差控制在6.5%以内,验证了模型的准确性,可以作为设计研究的参考。The change influence of the internal oil state on the output characteristics of hydro-pneumatic suspension is analyzed.According to the structural characteristics and output force characteristics,the thermodynamic properties of the gas and oil inside the suspension were studied based on the law of thermodynamics and benedict-webb-rubin equation.The oil state and pressure loss flowing through the orifice were analyzed to obtain the energy consumed by the damping force.The hydro-pneumatic suspension loading test bench was built.The simulation analysis model was built based on Simulink,according to the mathematical model and test bench conditions.The static load and periodic dynamic load respectively was applied to obtain the output force characteris⁃tics of the suspension and the temperature changes of internal oil and gas,and the influence of temperature on the output character⁃istics was analyzed.The results show that the work done by the damping force is the main factor that causes the suspension tempera⁃ture rise,and the resulting oil temperature rise will have a greater impact on the damping characteristics of the suspension.When static loading,the air inside the suspension is approximately ideal gas.The gas thermodynamic process can be approximated as an isothermal process.When dynamically loaded,the gas is a variable mass system,and its thermodynamic process is a changeable process.When the oil temperature increases,the dynamic viscosity decreases and the suspension load decreases by 13%.The model simulation and test results are basically the same,which verifies the accuracy of the model and can be used as a design reference.
