摘 要:汽车安全带锁扣是使乘员能够被安全带约束的重要装置,其动力学特性对汽车被动安全性具有巨大影响。以某款安全带锁扣为对象,在分析其工作原理基础上对锁扣惯性失效原理进行探讨,根据工作原理及惯性失效原理建立锁扣动力学原理模型和动力学方程,得到锁扣发生惯性失效的条件,并分析锁扣内部结构参数对该条件的影响。利用AD⁃AMS软件建立仿真模型,得到的仿真结果与计算结果具有一致性。研究结果对锁扣失效问题的理解和研究具有一定的指导意义。The vehicle seat belt buckle is an important device that enables the occupants to be restrained by the seat belt,and its dy⁃namic characteristics have a huge impact on the passive safety of the car.Taking a certain safety belt buckle as an object,the princi⁃ple of inertia failure of the buckle is discussed based on the analysis of its working principle,and the dynamic principle model and dynamic equation of the buckle are established according to the working principle and the principle of inertia failure,and the iner⁃tia of the buckle is obtained.Failure conditions,and analyze the influence of the internal structural parameters of the lock on the conditions.Using ADAMS software to establish a simulation model,the obtained simulation results are consistent with the calcu⁃lated results.The research results have certain guiding significance for the understanding and research of the lock failure problem.
