科技查新服务平台的信息化建设研究:以W大学科技查新站为例

摘　　要：为响应国家教育信息化的战略发展要求,W大学全面推行各项工作信息化改革。通过对W大学图书馆科技查新站的工作情况、业务流程进行分析,深入揭示查新站当前存在的主要问题,提出信息化平台构建的战略背景和意义。从委托人角度和查新站管理层面出发制定平台建设目标,紧密结合学校整体信息化政策推出平台详细设计方案、查收查引功能设计、科技查新功能设计等。最后,从查新任务的智能分配、电子签章以及自助打印等方面提出了查新服务的继续优化策略。新平台推行之后,立刻受到了全校师生的广泛支持,全面实现了“全线上”办公化、流程信息化、收费透明化、服务数字化的各项目标。In response to the strategic development requirements of national education informatization,W University has fully implemented the reform of various work informatization,providing objective support for the scientific research work of all teachers and students.Through the analysis of the work situation and business process of the science and technology novelty station of W University Library,this paper deeply revealed the main problems existing in the station,and put forward the strategic background and significance of the construction of information platform.From the point of view of the client and the management level of the new search station,the platform construction objectives are put forward,and the detailed design scheme of the platform,the function design of check and reference,and the function design of science and technology new search are put forward closely in line with the overall informatization policy of the university.Finally,the paper puts forward the optimization strategy of new search service from intelligent assignment,electronic seal and self-printing.After the implementation of the new platform,it was immediately widely welcomed by the teachers and students of the whole school,and fully realized the goals of"all-online"office,process informatization,fee transparency and digitized service.
