摘  要:通过对选矿厂综合提升优化改造,可以降低企业的经营成本和污染物排放,不仅有利于提高企业竞争力,而且可以降低污染物排放对大气环境的影响。结合承德鑫鑫铁选厂现有设备的具体情况,对选矿厂工艺设备、电动机、变压器、照明系统、低压线缆以及安全设施等方面进行了优化改造,改造后较原选矿厂生产产量提升2倍,全厂系统能耗指标降低4.57MJ/t原矿。通过综合改造,优化了相应的工艺流程,建立了与新设备、新工艺相匹配的辅助设施,有效提高了选矿厂处理能力,提高了工作效率,创造了巨大的经济效益。期望为类似选矿厂改造在工艺设计、设备选型和安装等方面提供有价值的参考。By comprehensively improving and optimizing the transformation of mineral processing plants,the operating costs and pollutant emissions of enterprises can be reduced.This not only helps to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,but also reduces the impact of pollutant emissions on the atmospheric environment.Based on the specific situation of the existing equipment in Chengde Xinxin Iron Concentrator,optimization and transformation have been carried out on the process equipment,motors,transformers,lighting systems,low-voltage cables,and safety facilities of the concentrator.After the transformation,the production output of the concentrator has increased by two times compared to the original one,and the energy consumption index of the entire plant system has decreased by 4.57MJ/t of raw ore.Through comprehensive transformation,the corresponding process flow has been optimized,and auxiliary facilities matching the new equipment and process have been established,effectively improving the processing capacity of the beneficiation plant,improving work efficiency,and creating huge economic benefits.We hope to provide valuable references for the process design,equipment selection,and installation of similar ore dressing plant renovations.
