摘  要:软式网球与硬式网球特征存在一定差异,软式网球特点为跑跳多、折返距离长、覆盖场地范围广、急停急转动作较多,对运动员的身体素质要求较高[1]。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法对软式网球常见损伤进行研究。研究认为,软式网球易出现的运动损伤类型为关节扭伤、肌肉拉伤和皮肤擦伤,其主要原因是运动员技术动作不规范、训练负荷过重、预防运动损伤的意识不强、带旧伤训练,团队的医疗资源匮乏、训练硬件设施较差、缺乏专业的体能教练等原因所造成。建议:通过加强关节力量训练、充分运用好医护用具、重视准备活动、完善场地训练的设施等方式做到有效预防。There are certain differences in the characteristics between soft tennis and hard tennis.Soft tennis is characterized by multiple runs and jumps,long return distances,wide coverage of the field,and frequent sudden stops and turns,which require high physical fitness of athletes.This article uses literature review,questionnaire survey,and expert interviews to study common injuries in soft tennis.Research suggests that the types of sports injuries that are prone to occur in soft tennis are joint sprains,muscle strains,and skin abrasions.The main reasons are athletes'non-standard technical movements,excessive training load,weak awareness of preventing sports injuries,training with old injuries,lack of medical resources for the team,poor training hardware facilities,and a lack of professional physical coaches.Suggestions:effective prevention can be achieved by strengthening joint strength training,making full use of medical equipment,paying attention to preparatory activities,and improving facilities for field training.
