摘　　要：为探寻多学科协作(Multi disciplinary team,MDT)模式指导下的护理支持对结肠癌患者术后抑郁状态的影响,选取2022年9月—2023年1月新乡医学院第一附属医院消化内科、肛肠外科收治的126例结肠癌患者为研究对象,并将其随机分成对照组和实验组,每组各63例。对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者在此基础上采取MDT护理模式。对比两组患者术后恢复情况、并发症发生率、汉密顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)评分以及患者对护理工作的满意度。研究发现,采取多学科协作护理模式能够改善患者术后抑郁状态,有效促进患者恢复,降低并发症发生率,增强结肠癌患者术后康复效果。In order to explore the impact of nursing support under the guidance of multi disciplinary team(MDT)mode on the post-operative depression of colon cancer patients,126 patients with colon cancer who were admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology and Anorectal Surgery of the First Affi liated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from September 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 63 patients in each group.The control group patients were given routine nursing mode,while the experimental group patients were given MDT nursing mode on this basis.Compare the postoperative recovery,incidence of complications,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores,and patient satisfaction with nursing work between two groups of patients.Research has found that adopting a multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model can improve patients’postoperative depression,eff ectively promote patient recovery,reduce the incidence of complications,and enhance the postoperative rehabilitation eff ect of colon cancer patients.
