钼靶X射线影像在女性乳腺疾病诊断中的临床价值

摘　　要：分析在女性乳腺疾病的临床诊断中实施钼靶X射线影像检查的临床价值。抽取2022年1月—2022年12月于威海市妇幼保健院经手术病理证实为乳腺疾病的82例患者作为研究对象,均实施钼靶X射线影像检查,将手术病理结果作为金标准,分析钼靶X射线影像检查结果、敏感性与特异性。结果显示,钼靶X射线检查出腺病共56处,有6处病灶误诊,有36处病灶漏诊。钼靶X射线应用于乳腺腺病的诊断敏感性为82.1%,诊断准确率为57.1%。研究发现,钼靶X射线影像应用在女性乳腺疾病的诊断中,拥有较高的敏感性,但是准确性不高,因此临床通常推荐将其与其他检查手段联合使用,从而提高检查的准确性,以更好地为临床诊治乳腺疾病提供参考。Analyze the clinical value of molybdenum target X-ray imaging in the clinical diagnosis of female breast diseases.Eighty two patients with breast diseases confi rmed by surgery and pathology in Weihai Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and molybdenum target X-ray imaging was performed.The surgical and pathological results were used as the gold standard to analyze the results,sensitivity and specifi city of molybdenum target X-ray imaging.The results showed that molybdenum target X-ray examination revealed a total of 56 adenoses,with 6 lesions misdiagnosed and 36 lesions missed.The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of molybdenum target X-ray in breast adenosis are 82.1%and 57.1%,respectively.Research has found that molybdenum target X-ray imaging has high sensitivity but low accuracy in the diagnosis of female breast diseases.Therefore,it is usually recommended to use it in combination with other examination methods in clinical practice to improve the accuracy of the examination and provide better reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases.
