止痛祛风汤对急性痛风性关节炎患者炎性因子变化的影响

摘　　要：分析止痛祛风汤应用在急性痛风性关节炎患者日常治疗中的实际效果与价值。选取2021年12月—2022年12月河北省沧州中西医结合医院收治的60例急性痛风性关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照双盲法将其平均分为对比组(常规西药治疗)与分析组(止痛祛风汤治疗),每组各30例。对比两组患者生活质量、血清炎性因子水平、临床症状积分与治疗效果。结果显示,分析组患者治疗后的生活质量与治疗效果显著优于对比组,分析组患者治疗后的血清炎性因子水平以及临床症状积分较对照组低,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。研究发现,采用止痛祛风汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎的作用突出,可缓解患者临床症状、减轻其炎症反应,提高患者生活质量,值得在临床广泛应用。Analyze the actual eff ect and value of Zhitong Qufeng Tang in the daily treatment of acute gouty arthritis patients.Sixty patients with acute gouty arthritis admitted to Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated TCM-WM from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were evenly divided into a control group(treated with conventional Western medicine)and an analysis group(treated with Zhitong Qufeng Tang)using a double-blind method,with 30 patients in each group.Compare the quality of life,serum infl ammatory factor levels,clinical symptom scores,and treatment outcomes between the two groups of patients.The results showed that the quality of life and treatment eff ect of the analysis group patients after treatment were signifi cantly better than the control group.The serum infl ammatory factor levels and clinical symptom scores of the analysis group patients after treatment were lower than those of the control group,with signifi cant diff erences between the groups(P<0.05).Research has found that the use of Zhitong Qufeng Tang in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis has a prominent eff ect,which can alleviate clinical symptoms,alleviate infl ammatory reactions,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of widespread clinical application.
