探究程序化和谐护理应用于体检中心护理质量及体检者满意度的影响

摘　　要：探究在体检中心护理工作中采取程序化和谐护理的应用价值。选取160例体检受检者分析,研究时间为2022年7月—2023年6月,依据护理方式差异分为对照组(常规护理,n=80)、观察组(程序化和谐护理,n=80),对比分析两组受检者各项指标(护理满意度、心理状态、护理质量、体检相关指标、不良事件发生率、自护能力)。研究发现,程序化和谐护理因优势明显在临床中广泛使用,通过科学合理实施后体检中心的护理质量显著提高,且不良事件发生率下降,体检时间明显缩短,受检者对护理服务满意度提高,很大程度上提升了护理水平,在临床中具有借鉴及应用推广价值。Explore the application value of adopting procedural and harmonious nursing in the nursing work of physical examination centers.160 physical examination subjects were selected for analysis,starting from July 2022 and ending in June 2023.They were divided into a control group(conventional nursing,n=80)and an observation group(procedural harmonious nursing,n=80)based on differences in nursing methods.The indicators of nursing satisfaction,psychological status,nursing quality,physical examination related indicators,incidence of adverse events,and self-care ability of the two groups of subjects were compared and analyzed.Research has found that programmed and harmonious nursing is widely used in clinical practice due to its obvious advantages.Through scientifi c and reasonable implementation,the nursing quality of the physical examination center is significantly improved,and adverse events are reduced.The examination time is significantly shortened,and the satisfaction of patients with nursing services is increased,greatly improving the nursing level.It has reference and application promotion value in clinical practice.
