三向瓣膜式PICC及护理分析在小儿血液肿瘤化疗中的应用

摘　　要：分析三向瓣膜式PICC在小儿血液肿瘤化疗中的应用及护理效果。选取2022年1月—2023年1月贵州省人民医院收治的88例血液肿瘤化疗患儿为研究对象,所有患儿均接受三向瓣膜式PICC置管。应用抽签法将其平均分为两组,分别为参照组和试验组,每组各44例。参照组采用常规护理模式,试验组采用整体护理模式。比较两组患儿护理质量评分、不良事件发生率、应对方式评分、自我效能和生存质量评分。结果显示,干预后,试验组患儿护理质量评分、不良事件发生率、应对方式评分、自我效能、生存质量评分均优于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,三向瓣膜式PICC应用在小儿血液肿瘤化疗中,可减轻患儿的不适感,联合应用整体护理模式,能降低不良事件的发生率。Analyze the application and nursing eff ect of three-way valve PICC in pediatric hematological tumor chemotherapy.88 pediatric patients with hematological tumors undergoing chemotherapy admitted to Guizhou Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,all of whom underwent three-way valve PICC catheterization.They were evenly divided into two groups using the lottery method,with 44 children in each group.The reference group adopted a routine nursing mode.The experimental group adopted a holistic nursing model.Compare the quality of care scores,incidence of adverse events,coping style scores,self-efficacy,and quality of life scores between two groups of pediatric patients.The results showed that after intervention,the nursing quality score,incidence of adverse events,coping style score,self-effi cacy,and quality of life score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of three-way valve PICC in pediatric hematological tumor chemotherapy can reduce discomfort in children,and the combination of holistic nursing mode can reduce the incidence of adverse events.
