输卵管开窗术、切除术治疗重度输卵管积水不孕症的疗效分析

摘　　要：为探索输卵管开窗术、切除术治疗严重输卵管积水的临床效果,选择2018年1月—2018年12月贵州医科大学附属白云医院收治的86例严重输卵管积水不孕症患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式分为对照组与观察组,采用输卵管切除术的42名患者为对照组,采用输卵管开窗术的44名患者为观察组,展开对比分析。结果显示,两组患者术后1个月的FSH、雌二醇和ELH含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的AFC和成熟卵子数量比对照组多(P<0.05);两组患者体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)术后的胚胎着床率、临床妊娠率及早期流产率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究发现,在严重输卵管积水不孕症患者治疗中,输卵管切除术与输卵管开窗术均可使用,两组患者的妊娠情况没有显著的差别,但是,在维持患者的卵巢功能方面,输卵管开窗术的效果更好,而且容易被患者接受。Explore the clinical effects of salpingostomy and resection in the treatment of severe hydrosalpinx.86 infertile patients with severe hydrosalpinx who were admitted to The Affi liated Baiyun Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into the control group and the observation group.42 patients who received salpingectomy were the control group,and 44 patients who received salpingfenestration were the observation group for comparative analysis.The results showed that there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in the levels of FSH,estradiol,and ELH between the two groups of patients at one month after surgery(P>0.05);The number of AFC and mature eggs in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no signifi cant diff erence in the embryo implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate and early abortion rate between the two groups after External fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET)(P>0.05).Research has found that in the treatment of severe hydrosalpinx infertility patients,salpingectomy and salpingostomy can be used,and there is no signifi cant diff erence in pregnancy between the two groups of patients.However,in maintaining ovarian function,salpingostomy is more effective and easily accepted by patients.
