糖尿病伴尿路感染的临床和细菌学特征分析

摘　　要：为了探讨糖尿病合并尿路感染患者的病原体分布及其对抗生素的敏感性,为临床治疗提供依据,选取黔西南州人民医院2019年5月1日—2021年5月1日收治的223例(299例次)糖尿病伴随尿路感染患者作为研究对象,共分离出120个病原菌,对其进行细菌学检测。用K-B方法测定药物的抗性,并进行离体药物敏感性实验。研究发现,尿检、药敏等检查对于糖尿病患者的治疗具有很高的参考价值,患者应该尽可能选择对药敏测试比较敏感的药物进行治疗,同时还要结合患者的病情,确定药物的种类、治疗的时间、是否需要联合使用抗生素等。In order to analyze the effects of sequential therapy of diff erent ventilation modes on cardiac function and other aspects of heart failure patients in ICU,70 heart failure patients enrolled in the ICU of Hezhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into control group and research group by coin method,with 35 cases in each group,of which the sequential treatment regimen of the control group was invasive mechanical ventilation+conventional oxygen therapy,and the sequential treatment regimen of the study group was invasive+non-invasive sequential mechanical ventilation therapy.The cardiac function indexes,arterial blood gas indexes,biochemical indexes,and complication rates before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Studies have found that invasive+non-invasive sequential mechanical ventilation therapy for patients with heart failure in ICU can effectively improve their cardiac function,arterial blood gas status,myocardial enzyme profi le,and reduce the risk of complications.
