连续性血液净化治疗脓毒症患者的效果研究

摘　　要：为评价连续性血液净化(continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT)治疗对脓毒症患者的治疗效果,选取2022年3月—2023年4月贵州省黔南布依族苗族自治州人民医院收治的62例脓毒症患者作为研究对象,按照双盲法分为参比组和应用组,每组各31例。对参比组患者采用液体复苏、抗感染、减轻炎症反应等药物治疗,对应用组患者采用CRRT治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的炎症指标,肾功能指标。结果显示,治疗后应用组血清降钙素原(PCT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平低于参比组(P<0.05);治疗后两组肾功能指标尿素、肌酐水平都降低,其中应用组尿素、肌酐水平降低更为明显,低于参比组,结果对比存在差异(P<0.05)。研究发现,CRRT应用于脓毒症患者的治疗,有利于降低患者炎症指标,减轻炎症反应,改善肾功能,提高治疗效果,值得推广。Evaluate the therapeutic effect of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)on sepsis patients.62 patients with sepsis admitted to Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture People’s Hospital from March 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a reference group and an application group according to the double-blind method,with 31 patients in each group.The reference group patients were treated with drugs such as liquid resuscitation,antiinfection,and anti-infl ammatory response reduction.The application group patients were treated with CRRT,and the infl ammatory and renal function indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.The results showed that the levels of serum Calcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and Interleukin 6(IL-6)in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the renal function indicators urea and creatinine levels in both groups decreased,with the application group showing a more signifi cant decrease in urea and creatinine levels,which was lower than the control group.There was a diff erence in the results compared(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of CRRT in the treatment of sepsis patients is benefi cial for reducing infl ammatory indicators,alleviating infl ammatory reactions,improving renal function,and improving treatment effectiveness,which is worth promoting.
