三阶梯俯卧位在新生儿呼吸机辅助治疗中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：为探究新生儿呼吸机辅助治疗中予以三阶梯俯卧位的应用价值,选取2021年1月—2022年12月崇左市人民医院使用呼吸机辅助呼吸治疗的36例患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法平均分为两组,分别为观察组和对照组,每组各18例。观察组采用三阶梯俯卧位护理,对照组采用常规护理。对比两组患儿并发症情况,护理前后患儿呼吸频率、心率、血氧饱和度,呼吸暂停次数和护理后的家属满意度。结果显示,观察组患儿并发症发生率(5.56%)低于对照组(22.23%)(P<0.05),护理后观察组患儿呼吸频率、心率、血氧饱和度优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患儿发生呼吸暂停次数较对照组少(P<0.05),观察组患儿家属护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,新生儿呼吸机辅助治疗中予以三阶梯俯卧位护理模式,患儿的生命指征更平稳,提高患儿家属护理满意度。Exploring the application value of using a three step prone position in neonatal ventilator assisted therapy.Using the convenient sampling method,36 children who were treated with ventilator assisted breathing in The People’s Hospital of Chongzuo from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 18 cases in each group.The observation group received triple step prone position nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.The complications such as pressure sore,pipe falling off,pneumonia,Stomatitis and diffi culty in taking off the machine after intervention were analyzed in the two groups;Compare the respiratory rate,heart rate,and blood oxygen saturation of the two groups of children before and after nursing intervention;Compare the number of apnea episodes between the two groups after intervention;Compare the satisfaction level of the two groups after intervention.The results showed that the incidence of complications such as pressure sore,pipe falling off,pneumonia,Stomatitis and diffi culty in taking off the line in the observation group was 5.56%,while that in the control group was 22.22%.The comparison between the groups showed that there was statistical significance(P<0.05);The respiratory rate,heart rate,and blood oxygen saturation of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the inter group comparison results were(P<0.05),with statistical signifi cance;Compared with the control group,the frequency of apnea in the observation group signifi cantly decreased,with a statistically signifi cant diff erence(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group had a greater advantage in nursing satisfaction among their family members(P<0.05).Research has found that using a three step prone position nursing mode in neonatal ventilator assisted treatment can stabilize the vital signs of the child,and improve their satisfaction with the
