护理安全干预对消毒供应室物品供应质量改善的效果分析

摘　　要：为研究护理安全干预对消毒供应室物品供应质量改善的效果,选取2020年6月—2021年6月河池市妇幼保健院消毒供应室物品(n=164)作为对照组,采用常规护理干预;选取2021年7月—2022年7月河池市妇幼保健院消毒供应室物品(n=164)作为研究组,在对照组基础上采用护理安全干预。对比两组消毒供应室物品生物监测合格率、化学监测合格率,护理质量以及临床不良事件发生率、科室满意度。结果显示,研究组消毒供应室物品生物监测合格率、化学监测合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组消毒供应室工作人员护理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组满意度调查表得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,给予消毒供应室物品护理安全干预,有助于提高物品的生物及化学监测合格率,降低不良事件发生率,提升护理质量,且总体科室满意度较高。Study the effect of nursing safety intervention on improving the quality of disinfection supply room supplies.The articles(n=164)in the disinfection supply room of Hechi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the control group,and routine nursing intervention was adopted;From July 2021 to July 2022,articles in the disinfection supply room of Hechi Maternal and Child Health Hospital(n=164)were selected as the study group,and nursing safety intervention was adopted on the basis of the control group.Compare the qualified rates of biological monitoring and chemical monitoring of items in two groups of disinfection supply rooms,as well as the quality of care,incidence of clinical adverse events,and department satisfaction.The results showed that the biological and chemical monitoring qualifi cation rates of the disinfection supply room items in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the staff in the disinfection supply room of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction questionnaire score of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that providing safety interventions for disinfection supply room items can help improve the biological and chemical monitoring qualifi cation rate of items,reduce the incidence of adverse events,improve nursing quality,and overall department satisfaction is high.
