整形美容技术修复颜面部软组织创伤的临床效果研究

摘　　要：为分析整形美容技术在颜面部软组织创伤中具备的优势与价值,将2022年全年覆盖范围内前往菏泽市立医院行面部软组织创伤修复治疗的患者纳入受试对象,样本总数为80(n=80),依据患者治疗方案、就诊次序与双盲法分为对照组和研究组。对对照组患者(n=40)行常规面部修复术,对研究组患者(n=40)行整形美容修复术。观察患者治疗结局、创面愈合结局、手术相关指标与心理学自测量表评分,生活质量临床评分。结果显示,研究组I期愈合患者所占比重较对照组大,II期整形患者与术后形成瘢痕增生的患者所占比重较对照组小(P<0.05);研究组患者创口厚度、血管分布系数更低(P<0.05);研究组患者术中失血量更少、手术时间更短且出院观察时间更早,同时患者心理学自测抑郁与焦虑量表评分更低(P<0.05);研究组患者生活质量综合评定量表分数更高(P<0.05)。研究发现,整形美容技术于颜面部软组织创伤患者面部修复中在保留患者美观需求的同时有助于降低患者瘢痕增生风险,利于患者恢复,优势明显。Analyze the advantages and value of plastic surgery techniques in facial soft tissue trauma.The patients who went to Heze Municipal Hospital for facial soft tissue trauma repair treatment within the coverage of the whole year in 2022 were included in the test subjects.The total number of samples was 80(n=80).The patients were divided into the control group and the research group according to the treatment scheme,order of visit and double-blind method.Routine facial repair surgery was performed on patients in the control group(n=40),and plastic and cosmetic repair surgery was performed on patients in the study group(n=40).Observe the patient’s treatment outcome,wound healing outcome,surgical related indicators,psychological self rating scale scores,and clinical quality of life scores.The results showed that the proportion of patients with stage I healing in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while the proportion of patients with stage II plastic surgery and postoperative scar hyperplasia was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The study group patients had lower wound thickness and vascular distribution coefficient,and after comparison(P<0.05);The study group patients had less intraoperative blood loss,shorter surgical time,and earlier discharge observation time.At the same time,the psychological self-rated depression and anxiety scale scores of the patients were lower(P<0.05);The study group had higher scores on the Comprehensive Quality of Life Assessment Scale,and after comparison(P<0.05).Research has found that plastic surgery techniques in facial soft tissue trauma patients’facial repair not only preserve their aesthetic needs,but also help reduce the risk of scar hyperplasia,which is benefi cial for patient recovery and has signifi cant advantages.
