男性不育患者精子形态与精液质量参数的描述性研究

摘　　要：为探讨精子形态与精子质量参数相关性,选取2019年1月—2022年12月贵州省安顺市人民医院收治的153例男性不育患者为研究对象,采用改良巴氏染色测量其精子形态,并将患者分别纳入形态正常组与形态异常组。采用穗加SSA-2精子全自动检查分析系统检查评估精子总数、浓度、前向运动率(PR)%、活动率(PR+NP)%,并将患者分别纳入质量正常组与质量异常组,采用pearson进行相关性分析。结果显示,精子形态正常组的精子活动率(PR+NP)%、前向运动率(PR)%均高于精子形态异常组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。研究发现,精子形态与精子活动率(PR+NP)%、前向运动率(PR)%两项参数密切相关,两者可协同评估男性的生育能力。To explore the correlation between sperm morphology and sperm quality parameters,semen samples from 153 male infertility patients who were treated at the People’s Hospital of Anshun City from January 2019 to December 2022 were collected.Modified Pap staining was used to measure sperm morphology,and patients were included in the normal and abnormal morphology groups,respectively.The Suijia SSA-2 sperm automatic examination and analysis system was used to evaluate the total number,concentration,forward motion rate(PR)%,and activity rate(PR+NP)%of sperm.Patients were included in the normal quality group and the abnormal quality group,and pearson was used for correlation analysis.The results showed that the sperm motility rate(PR+NP)%and forward movement rate(PR)%of the normal sperm morphology group were higher than those of the abnormal sperm morphology group,with statistically significant differences.Research has found that sperm morphology is closely related to two parameters:sperm motility rate(PR+NP)%and forward motility rate(PR)%,which can synergistically evaluate male fertility.
