玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射联合物理因子治疗创伤性踝关节炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：分析玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射联合物理因子治疗创伤性踝关节炎的临床效果。选取2019年11月—2021年11月盘州市人民医院收治的76例创伤性踝关节炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法,将其平均分为参照组与研究组,每组各38例患者,参照组实施玻璃酸钠注射治疗,研究组实施玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射联合物理因子治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果显示,治疗后,研究组患者踝关节功能评分、生活质量评分、治疗有效率均显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者踝关节稳定度、跑步能力以及行走能力评分优于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2周、4周,研究组患者VAS评分明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,创伤性踝关节炎患者采用玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射联合物理因子治疗,可有效改善踝关节功能,缓解临床症状,消除疼痛,提高生活质量。Analyze the clinical effect of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with physical factors in the treatment of traumatic ankle arthritis.76 patients with traumatic ankle arthritis admitted to Panzhou People’s Hospital from November 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a reference group and a research group on average.Each group had 38 patients.The reference group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection.The research group was treated with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection combined with physical factors.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that after treatment,the ankle joint score,quality of life score,and treatment effectiveness rate of the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ankle stability,running ability,and walking ability scores of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the study group patients was significantly lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Research has found that patients with traumatic ankle arthritis who receive intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with physical factors can effectively improve ankle function,alleviate clinical symptoms,eliminate pain,and improve quality of life.
