B超监视下联合多功能取环器取出宫内节育器的应用效果探究

摘　　要：为探究B超监视下联合采用多功能取环器取出宫内节育器的应用效果,选取2018年5月—2023年5月贵州省铜仁市碧江区环北社区卫生服务中心收治的100例取出宫内节育器的女性患者作为研究对象,采用随机排列表法将其分为两组,每组各50例,参照组实施常规取环,干预组采用多功能取环器取环。对比两组患者取环成功率、性生活质量、临床指标、疼痛程度、心理状态、不良事件发生率、满意率。结果显示,参照组患者一次取环成功率低于干预组(P<0.05);手术后,干预组患者性生活质量评分比参照组高;干预组患者临床指标优于参照组(P<0.05);手术后,干预组患者疼痛程度评分低于参照组(P<0.05);手术后,干预组患者心理状态评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,B超监视下联合采用多功能取环器进行宫内节育器取出术,一次性成功率较高,临床指标较优,患者接受度较高。Explore the application effect of using a multifunctional IUD removal device under ultrasound monitoring.100 women who underwent intrauterine device removal at the Huanbei Community Health Service Center in Bijiang District,Tongren City,Guizhou Province from May 2018 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a reference group(n=50,conventional IUD removal)and an intervention group(n=50,multifunctional IUD removal)using a random arrangement table method.Compare the success rate of IUD removal,quality of sexual life,clinical indicators,degree of pain,psychological status,incidence of adverse events,and satisfaction rate between two groups of patients.The results showed that the success rate of one IUD removal in the reference group was lower than that in the intervention group(P<0.05);Before surgery,there was no difference in the quality of sexual life between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After surgery,the quality of sexual life score of the intervention group was higher than that of the reference group;The intervention group had better clinical indicators(P<0.05);Before the surgery,there was no difference in the degree of pain between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After the surgery,the pain score of the intervention group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05);Before surgery,there was no significant difference in the psychological state between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After surgery,the psychological state score of the intervention group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Research has found that using a multifunctional intrauterine device removal device under ultrasound monitoring has a higher one-time success rate,better clinical indicators,and higher patient acceptance.
