急性期痛风性关节炎应用独活寄生汤加减及中药膏外用联合西药治疗的疗效研究

摘　　要：为分析独活寄生汤加减及中药膏外用联合西药在急性期痛风性关节炎患者治疗中的实际效果与价值。选取2021年12月—2022年12月河北省沧州中西医结合医院风湿免疫科收治的60例急性期痛风性关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照双盲法将其均分为对比组与分析组,每组各30例。对比组行西药治疗,分析组在对照组基础上加用独活寄生汤加减+中药膏外用治疗,比较两组患者的生活质量、临床症状积分、炎性指标以及治疗效果。结果显示,分析组患者生活质量与治疗效果显著优于对比组,分析组患者临床症状积分以及炎性指标水平低于对比组(P<0.05)。研究发现,独活寄生汤加减及中药膏外用联合西药治疗急性期痛风性关节炎效果确切,可缓解患者临床症状、减轻患者炎症反应,有利于提高患者生活质量,值得广泛应用。Analyze the actual effect and value of the combination of Duhuo Parasitic Decoction and Chinese herbal ointment for external use in the daily treatment of patients with acute gouty arthritis.Sixty patients with acute gouty arthritis admitted to the Rheumatology and Immunology Department of Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated TCM-WM from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as observation subjects.They were divided into a control group and an analysis group using a double blind method.The former received Western medicine treatment,while the latter received modified Duhuo Parasitic Decoction and external use of traditional Chinese medicine ointment.The quality of life,clinical symptom scores,inflammatory indicators,and treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the quality of life and treatment effect of patients in the analysis group were significantly better than those in the control group,while the clinical symptom scores and inflammatory index levels of patients in the analysis group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of modified Duhuo Parasitic Decoction and traditional Chinese medicine ointment has a definite effect on the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.While alleviating clinical symptoms and inflammatory reactions,it is beneficial for improving the quality of life of patients and is worthy of widespread application.
