气管切开患者转出ICU后护理措施研究

摘　　要：探究气管切开患者转出ICU后的护理措施。气管切开术最初用于治疗喉炎和喉癌。随着医学技术的发展,气管切开术不断完善,逐渐成为危重患者机械通气和急救情况下的常规操作,在临床上应用非常广泛。应用气管切开术可以减少患者呼吸道分泌物潴留,保持呼吸道通畅,促进患者及时排痰,改善通气功能。但是,如果护理不当,就会引起呼吸道感染,严重时甚至会导致患者窒息死亡。探究气管切开患者转出ICU后护理措施具有重要的临床意义。对此,本文首先分析气管切开术的步骤和注意事项,其次分析气管切开术的适应证、禁忌证和常见的并发症,最后分析气管切开患者转出ICU后的护理措施。Explore nursing measures for patients undergoing tracheotomy who are transferred out of the ICU.Tracheostomy was initially used to treat laryngitis and laryngeal cancer.With the development of medical technology,tracheostomy has been continuously improved and gradually become a routine operation for critically ill patients under mechanical ventilation and emergency treatment.It is widely used in clinical practice.The application of tracheotomy can reduce the retention of respiratory secretions,keep the respiratory tract unobstructed,promote the timely sputum excretion of patients,and improve the ventilation function.However,if not taken care of properly,it can cause respiratory infections,and in severe cases,even lead to suffocation and death of the patient.Exploring nursing measures for patients undergoing tracheotomy who are transferred out of the ICU has important clinical significance.In this regard,this article first introduces the steps and precautions of tracheostomy surgery,followed by the indications,contraindications,and common complications of tracheostomy surgery,and finally introduces the nursing measures for tracheostomy patients transferred out of the ICU.
