居民健康素养水平现状调查及影响因素分析——基于贵州六盘水市调研数据

摘　　要：为调查贵州六盘水市15~69岁居民健康素养水平现状并分析其影响因素,采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法选取六盘水市4个市(特区/区)15~69岁常住居民3510人进行入户调查,对健康素养水平现状和影响因素进行统计分析。Logistic分析结果显示,年龄、文化程度为居民整体健康素养水平及3个方面6类问题健康素养独立影响因素(P<0.05)。研究发现,六盘水市居民健康素养水平(尤其是健康技能素养水平和传染病防治素养水平)较低,年龄、文化程度为贵州六盘水市15~69岁居民健康素养水平的主要影响因素。Investigate the current status of health literacy among residents aged 15-69 in Liupanshui City,Guizhou,and analyze its influencing factors.A multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used to select 3510 permanent residents aged 15-69 from 4 cities(special zones/districts)in Liupanshui City for household survey,and statistical analysis was conducted on the current status and influencing factors of health literacy level.The results showed through logistic analysis that age and cultural level were independent influencing factors for the overall health literacy level of residents and six types of health literacy issues in three aspects(P<0.05).Research has found that the health literacy level of residents in Liupanshui City,especially the level of health skills and infectious disease prevention and control literacy,is relatively low.Age and education level are the main influencing factors for the health literacy level of residents aged 15-69 in Liupanshui City,Guizhou.
