女子链球运动员王峥最后用力运动学参数与投掷成绩的灰色关联分析

摘　　要：女子链球是我国田径的优势项目,该文将19个最后用力技术指标,结合灰色关联分析法,对近年王峥9次比赛的投掷技术进行研究,试图找出影响投掷成绩的主次要因素并排序,为提高运动成绩提供帮助与参考。结果表明:出手瞬间躯干倾角和轨迹低点躯干倾角与王峥投掷成绩的关系最为紧密;其次,出手瞬间右髋角度、着地瞬间肩髋扭转角、着地瞬间右脚方位角3个指标对成绩的影响也起到了较为重要的作用。最后用力开始阶段,应保证髋轴对肩轴的充分超越,形成良好的肩髋扭转效果,为最后的加速用力提供充足的动能储备。加强运动员对器械的控制能力,避免用力过程重心过高所导致的躯干后仰情况的出现。出手瞬间要优化出手时机,形成合理的出手角度与出手高度。Women's hammer throw is an advantageous event of China's track and field.According to 19 technical indicators of final force,combined with gray correlation analysis,this paper studies Wang Zheng's throwing technique in 9 competitions in recent years,and tries to find out the main factors affecting throwing performance and sort them,so as to provide help and reference for improving sports performance.The results show that the torso inclination and the trajectory low torso inclination at the moment of shooting were most closely related to Wang Zheng's throwing performance,that secondly,the three indicators of the right hip angle at the moment of shooting,the shoulder and hip twist angle at the moment of landing,and the right foot azimuth angle at the moment of landing also played a more important role in the performance,and that at the beginning of final force,it was necessary ensure that the hip axis fully surpassed the shoulder axis to form a good shoulder and hip torsion effect and provide sufficient kinetic energy reserves for the final acceleration force,strengthen athletes'ability to control equipment to avoid the trunk recline caused by the excessive center of gravity during the exertion process,and optimize the timing of shooting to form a reasonable shot angle and height at the moment of shooting.
