成渝两地老年人体育公共服务协同发展的困境与对策研究

摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化现象愈发严重,老龄化社会治理与服务被高度重视。该文运用文献资料等方法对成渝地区老年人体育公共服务进行现状分析与研究,结果表明:成渝地区老年人体育公共服务存在着政府过度干预,市场主体地位难以实现;两地体育资源浪费严重,空间布局有待优化;社会体育指导员稀缺,专业素质有待提高;城市社区老年人的体育参与欲望不高,难以形成良好的体育氛围的困境。协同发展的对策:转变政府职能,实现市场主体地位;优化空间布局,提高体育资源的使用效率;加大人才培养力度,增加与提高社会体育指导员的数量与质量;多维度刺激社区居民的体育参与度,形成良好的社会体育氛围。With the increasingly serious phenomenon of population aging in China,the governance and service of aging society have been highly valued.This article analyzes and studies the current situation of sports public services for the elderly in the Chengdu-Chongqing region by using the literature method and other methods.The results show that there are the following difficulties in sports public services for the elderly in the Chengdu-Chongqing region:Excessive government intervention makes it difficult to achieve the dominant position of the market,there is a serious waste of sports resources in two regions and the spatial layout needs to be optimized,social sports instructors are scarce and their professional qualities need to be improved,and the desire of the elderly in urban communities to participate in sports is not high and it is difficult to form a good sports atmosphere.Countermeasures for collaborative development:Transform government functions to achieve the dominant position of the market,optimize the spatial layout to improve the utilization efficiency of sports resources,strengthen talent cultivation to increase and improve the number and quality of social sports instructors,and stimulate community residents'sports participation from multiple dimensions to form a good social sports atmosphere.
