大型体育赛事对举办地影响力的实证研究——以环福州·永泰国际公路自行车赛为例

摘　　要：该文采用文献资料研究、专家访谈、数理统计等研究方法,以加快推进体育强国建设战略目标为指导,以环福州·永泰国际公路自行车赛这一具有8年赛史的单项国际品牌赛事为例,来分析、研究举办大型体育赛事对赛事举办地的影响。研究表明:举办大型体育赛事能促进举办地经济增长,引导产业结构转型与调整;能推动举办地公共体育服务体系的健全与完善;能为举办地的文化输出打通通道,为文化展示提供平台;能提升举办地的知名度与美誉度,助力城市招商引资。但赛事举办地在申报承办工作前应做好充分的调研工作,考量城市办赛条件与能力,评估赛事综合效益与价值;要立足城市产业结构实际,将“体育+”产业深度融合这一发展理念贯穿始终;要在借助赛事大力发展经济的同时,必须兼顾地方体育事业基础设施建设与生态环境的保护。Using research methods such as literature research,expert interviews and mathematical statistics,guided by the strategic goal of accelerating the construction of a leading sporting nation,taking the Tour of Fuzhou-Yongtai International Road Cycling Race,a single international brand event with eight-year history,as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the influence of large-scale sport events on the host city.The research shows that holding large-scale sports events can promote the economic growth of the host city to guide the transformation and adjustment of industrial structure,promote the perfection and improvement of the public sports service system of the host city,open up channels for cultural export in the host city to provide platforms for cultural presentation,and enhance the popularity and reputation of the host city to help the city attract investment.However,before applying for the hosting work,the host city of events should do a good job of sufficient investigation and research,consider the conditions and ability of the city to host events,and evaluate the comprehensive benefits and value of events,it should be based on the actual industrial structure of the city and carry throughout the development concept of the deep integration of"sports+industry",and it must take into account the infrastructure construction of local sports and the protection of the ecological environment while vigorously developing economy with the help of events.
