摘 要:传统静压支承导向套在伺服液压缸中的应用能很好地减小导向套与活塞杆之间的摩擦力,提供足够的径向支承力,有良好的抵抗活塞杆偏心的性能,但在抵抗活塞杆因外负载导致倾斜方面效果并不好,为此,提出在导向套内加工一种新型结构静压腔解决方案。对新型静压支承结构进行建模、网格划分和流场仿真,分别在不同的活塞杆运动速度、偏心量、入口流量以及倾斜角度情况下,分析导向套静压支承油膜压力云图和承载力的变化,并在相同参数下和传统导向套静压支承结构仿真结果进行对比分析,结果证明这种新型静压支承结构有良好的抗偏载和抗倾斜能力,为设计较优的导向套提供理论技术支撑。The application of the traditional hydrostatic bearing guide sleeve in metallurgical servo hydraulic cylinder could reduce the friction between the guide sleeve and the piston rod,provided enough radial bearing force,and had good performance of resisting the eccentricity of the piston rod.However,the traditional hydrostatic bearing guide sleeve could not resist the inclination of piston rod caused by external load.A new type of hydrostatic cavity was processed in the guide sleeve,and its modeling,meshing and flow field simulation were carried out.The changes of its oil film pressure nephogram and bearing capacity were analyzed under the conditions of different piston rod movement speed,different piston rod eccentricity,different inlet flow rate and different piston rod inclination angle,respectively,and compared with the simulation results of traditional hydrostatic support structure under the same parameters.The results showed that this new type of symmetrical hydrostatic support structure had good anti-bias load and anti-tilt ability,which provided a theory for designing better guide sleeve.
