摘 要:根据点接触轴承接触应力计算方法和动态可靠性理论,研究点接触轴承的接触应力-强度可靠性及灵敏度。基于Hertz理论研究点接触轴承最大接触应力的3种计算方法,根据应力-强度干涉理论建立点接触轴承的最大接触应力动态可靠性模型,采用二阶矩法对轴承动态可靠性及灵敏度进行求解,并采用蒙特卡洛法验证可靠性计算结果。结合实例的研究结果表明:点接触轴承的可靠度随动态载荷增加而减小,并在超过2.69 kN时失效;增大轴承的钢球半径和滚道曲率半径、减小轴承材料的泊松比及其标准差可以提高机械系统运行的可靠性。Based on the contact stress calculation method and the dynamic reliability theory,the contact stress-strength reliability and reliability sensitivity of point-contact bearing were studied.Firstly,three different calculation methods of maximum contact stress of point-contact bearing was summarized based on Hertz theory,and their accuracy was studied.Secondly,based on the stress-strength interference theory,the maximum contact stress dynamic reliability model of point-contact bearing was established.The second-moment method was proposed to solve the dynamic reliability and reliability sensitivity of bearings.The Monte-Carlo method was used to verify the reliability calculation results.The results showed that the reliability of point-contact bearing decreased with the increase of dynamic load and failed when the load exceeded 2.69 kN.The reliability of mechanical system could be improved by increasing ball radius and raceway curvature radius of bearing or decreasing Poisson's ratio and its standard deviation of bearing material.
