摘 要:深松作业是土壤耕作中非常重要的一部分,其产生的作业阻力相对较大,对深松铲平面阻力测量技术的研究是非常有必要的。分析了国内外土壤机械阻力测量的各种方法,确定使用连续测量法测量深松铲平面阻力;通过试验对比,并结合平面力的测量原理、虚拟仪器技术和单片机技术,设计了基于STM32F103的深松铲平面阻力测试系统。该系统具有数据采集、信号调理、数据存储、通信和数据分析等功能,实现了深松铲阻力的实时测量与海量数据存储。In soil tillage,deep subsoiling operation is a very important part,and its generated operating resistance is relatively large,so the research on the measurement technology of deep subsoiling shovel plane resistance is very necessary.Firstly,various methods of soil mechanical resistance measurement at home and abroad were analyzed,and it was determined that the continuous measurement method was used to measure the plane resistance of deep subsoiling shovel.Then,through experimental comparison and combining the measurement principle of plane force,virtual instrument technology and microcontroller technology,a deep subsoiling shovel plane resistance test system based on STM32F103 was designed.The system had the functions of data acquisition,signal conditioning,data storage,communication and data analysis,realizing the real-time measurement of deep pine shovel resistance and storing a large amount of data.
