摘 要:为了缩短模具的设计周期,基于NX二次开发,结合企业分模设计的知识经验,提出了一种基于规则和实例推理的方向盘分型面自动设计方案。利用NX提供的API接口,采用C++编程语言以及NX自带的UIStyler工具,结合MySQL数据库技术,开发了分型面智能设计系统,降低了对设计人员经验知识的依赖。实例表明,该系统提高了分型面设计效率,有一定应用价值。In order to shorten the design cycle of the mold,based on the secondary development of NX,combined with the knowledge and experience of enterprise parting design,an automatic design scheme of the steering wheel parting surface based on rules and casebased reasoning was proposed.Using the API interface provided by NX and the C++programming language and the UIStyler tool that comes with NX,and combining with MySQL database technology,the parting surface intelligent design system was developed,which reduced the dependence on the designer's experience and knowledge.The example showed that the system could improve the efficiency of parting surface design and had certain application value.
