摘 要:利用有限元方法,对在汽车上广泛应用的EPDM/PP TPV的界面屈服强度进行了预测。依据拉伸实验数据获得EPDM和PP的材料参数,通过分析EPDM/PP TPV的变形原理,利用双线性内聚力模型,在EPDM和PP之间嵌入cohesive单元,并将仿真结果与实验数据进行对比,获得了界面的屈服强度。这将为EPDM/PP TPV的实验研究提供理论依据。The interfacial yield strength of EPDM/PP TPV,which is widely used in automobiles,was predicted by using the finite element method.The material parameters of EPDM and PP were obtained according to the tensile test data.By analyzing the deformation principle of EPDM/PP TPV,the cohesive element was embedded between EPDM and PP by using the bilinear cohesion model,and the yield strength of the interface was obtained by comparing the simulation results with the experimental data.This will provide a theoretical basis for the experimental study of EPDM/PP TPV.
