摘 要:针对外墙清洁机器人高空工作环境适应能力不足、清洁效果不佳的缺点,采用高压水射流清洁技术,以外墙喷洗清洁机锥直型喷嘴为研究对象,探究高压喷嘴在不同清洁距离下射流压力、流体速度对清洁效果的影响。建立在0~500 mm距离下单喷嘴湍流流场模型,通过射流流场数值模拟与分析,总结出射流喷嘴在500 mm内对壁面射流清洁规律,得出喷洗机在300 mm具有较大清洗压力与面积,达到良好清洗效果。通过流速压力计算与喷洗机外场实验,交叉验证了仿真结果的准确性。Aiming at the shortcomings of the external wall cleaning robot's insufficient adaptability to the working environment at high altitude and poor cleaning effect,the research group adopted the high-pressure water jet cleaning technology and took the cone straight nozzle of the external wall spraying cleaning machine as the research object to explore the influence of the jet pressure and fluid velocity of the high-pressure nozzle on the cleaning effect at different cleaning distances.The turbulent flow field model of single nozzle at different distances of 0~500 mm was established.Through numerical simulation and analysis of the jet flow field,the cleaning law of the jet nozzle to the wall in 500 mm was summarized.It was concluded that the washing machine had a larger cleaning pressure and area at 300 mm,and achieved a good cleaning effect.The accuracy of simulation results was cross-validated.
