摘 要:“培养兴趣、掌握技能、发展特长、终身锻炼”是目前体育学习背景下高校公共体育课教学的指导思想与目的。大量研究表明,比赛教学法对高校学生学习运动技术具有良好的效果,有利于大学生运动技术的加强。该文旨在对既往的研究进行整合分析,了解比赛教学法对不同项目公共体育课程的学习效果,为今后高校体育课选项课的教学提供参考。"Cultivating interest,mastering skills,developing specialities and exercising for life"is the guiding ideology and purpose of the teaching of public physical education courses in colleges and universities under the current background of physical education learning.A large number of studies have shown that the competition teaching method has a good effect on college students'learning in sports skills,which is conducive to strengthening college students'sports technology.This article aims to integrate and analyze previous studies,understand the learning effects of the competition teaching method on public physical education courses in different projects,and provide reference for the teaching of optional physical education courses in colleges and universities in the future.
