怀化龙舟队竞技状况与发展策略研究——以湖南省第十四届运动会龙舟赛为例

摘　　要：该文采用文献资料法、实地观察法等,对参加湖南省第十四届运动会龙舟比赛的怀化龙舟队比赛情况进行调查分析。研究发现:怀化龙舟队运动员具有丰富的大赛经验,男子龙舟队在竞技能力方面明显优于其他参赛队,长短距离项目都展现出霸主地位;女队虽在100 m、200 m短距离项目上有优势,但500 m长距离项目体能储备不足,女队的短距离领先优势将逐渐被缩小甚至被逆转;男队年龄结构小、女子队年龄结构呈老龄化趋势发展;女队100 m、200 m轮次赛的第一轮获胜为女队短距离夺冠奠定了心理基础;以比赛奖金替代训练经费的经费保障模式存在一定的风险。建议:加强政府引导,探寻可持续性发展路径;加大与院校密切结合,储备龙舟高层次人才;挖掘怀化地方龙舟特色,推进文化体育旅游产业大融合;积极申办全国性龙舟赛事,树立城市品牌新名片。This paper investigates and analyzes the competition of dragon boat teams in Huaihua which participated in the dragon boat race of the 14th Sports Games of Hunan by the methods of literature and field observation.It is found that athletes from dragon boat teams in Huaihua had rich experience of major competitions,that the men's dragon boat team was obviously superior to other participating teams in the competitive ability and showed the dominant position in long-and short-distance events,that the women's team had advantages in the short-distance events of 100m and 200m but lacked physical reserves in the long-distance event of 500m,so the leading advantage in the short distance of the women's team will be gradually narrowed or even reversed,that the age structure of the men's team was small and the age structure of the women's team was aging,that the winning of the first round of the women's team in 100m and 200m rounds laid the psychological foundation for the women's team to win the championship of the short distance,and that there were certain risks in the funding guarantee mode of replacing training funds with competition prizes.It is recommended that the development of the dragon boat in Huaihua should strengthen government guidance to explore sustainable development paths,increase the close combination with colleges and universities to reserve high-level dragon boat talents,excavate the local dragon boat characteristics of Huaihua to promote the integration of culture,sports and tourism industries,and actively bid for national dragon boat competitions to establish a new business card of the city brand.
