常规用药联合小儿定喘口服液治疗儿童感染后咳嗽疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿定喘口服液联合雾化吸入糖皮质激素(布地奈德)、口服孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童感染后咳嗽的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2019年12月—2021年12月黑龙江省医院收治的110例诊断感染后咳嗽患儿,随机分为两组。对照组50例,给予雾化吸入糖皮质激素(布地奈德)、口服孟鲁司特钠治疗;观察组60例,在雾化吸入糖皮质激素、口服孟鲁司特钠的基础上,给予小儿定喘口服液治疗2周。对两组患儿治疗效果、雾化吸入糖皮质激素及口服孟鲁司特钠的时间、药物副作用进行对比。结果:对照组总有效率82%,观察组总有效率95%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.742,P<0.05)。观察组雾化吸入糖皮质激素时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.417,P<0.05);观察组口服孟鲁司特钠时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.202,P<0.05)。在药物副作用方面,观察组与对照组相比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.078,P>0.05)。结论:小儿定喘口服液用于治疗儿童感染后咳嗽,不仅具有良好效果,而且可以减少雾化吸入糖皮质激素、口服孟鲁司特钠时间,未增加药物副作用。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of pediatric asthma fixing oral solution combined with nebulized inhaled glucocorticoid(budesonide) and oral montelukast sodium in the treatment of post-infectious cough in children.Methods:110 patients with post-infectious cough diagnosed in hospital outpatient clinics from December 2019 to December 2021were selected and randomly divided into two groups.50 cases in the control group were treated with nebulized inhaled glucocorticoid and oral montelukast sodium,while 60 cases in the observation group were treated with pediatric asthma oral solution for 2 weeks on this basis.The treatment effects,duration of nebulized inhaled glucocorticoid and oral montelukast sodium,and drug side effects were compared between the two groups of children.Results:The total effective rate was 82% in the control group and 95%in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.742,P<0.05).The duration of nebulized inhaled glucocorticoid was shorter in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.417,P<0.05).The duration of oral montelukast sodium was shorter in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.202,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in drug side effects between the observation group and the control group(χ^(2)=0.078,P>0.05).Conclusion:Paediatric Asthma Oral Solution for the treatment of post-infectious cough in children not only has good effect,but also can reduce the time of nebulized inhaled glucocorticosteroid and oral montelukast sodium without increasing drug side effects.
