酶联免疫吸附法检测乙肝表面抗原不同程度乳糜血对其的干扰分析

摘　　要：目的:分析不同程度乳糜血浆乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)检测结果的干扰,探讨乳糜血浆检测结果的可靠性。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)法检测乳糜血浆中HBsAg。结果:不同乳糜指数血浆HBsAg检测结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同乳糜程度血浆放置时间不同,HBsAg检测结果有区别,乳糜指数≤3的乳糜血浆5 d内检测,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),乳糜指数为4、5、6、8及>8的乳糜血浆在第3 d检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同程度乳糜血浆HBsAg检测结果无影响,轻度乳糜血浆样本放置5 d内检测HBsAg结果无差异,中度及重度乳糜血浆样本必须3 d内完成检测。Objective:To analyze the interference of different levels of celiac plasma Hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg) test results and to explore the reliability of celiac plasma test results.Methods:HBsAg was detected in celiac plasma by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of plasma HBsAg test results with different celiac indices(P>0.05).There was a difference in HBsAg detection results between different celiac degree plasma placed for different times,and the difference was not statistically significant for celiac plasma with celiac index≤3 within 5 d(P>0.05).Celiac plasma with a celiac index of 4,5,6,8 and8 was tested at d 3 and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There was no effect on HBsAg test results for different degrees of celiac plasma,and there was no difference in HBsAg test results for mild celiac plasma samples left for 5 d.Moderate and severe celiac plasma samples must be tested within 3 d.
