摘 要:单乙醇胺因具有价格低、对设备腐蚀性小、生产调节使用中稳定性高等优点,被广泛应用于炼化行业中pH的调节。但引入的单乙醇胺会随生产排水进入污水处理厂影响生化系统的出水水质。文章分析研究了单乙醇胺对污水处理生化系统的不利影响,提出调节生化系统的碱度和增加硝化菌剂缓解单乙醇胺对生化系统硝化的抑制,实现出水达标排放或回用至循环水场作补水,该研究可为同类型污水处理问题提供借鉴。Monoethanolamine is widely used for pH adjustment in the chemical system of the refinery industry due to its low price,low equipment corrosion,and high stability.However,the introduction of monoethanolamine into the wastewater treatment plant through drainage can cause an impact on the quality of the effluent from the biochemical system.This work studied the adverse effects of monoethanolamine on the biochemical system of wastewater treatment and proposed that alkalinity adjustments and addition of nitrifying bacteria agents in biochemical system could mitigate the inhibition of monoethanolamine on the nitrification process.This approach can help to achieve stable and standard effluent discharge,providing a reference for similar wastewater treatment problems.
