摘 要:目的 探究目标设定认知宣教结合情感交互模式在初诊乙型肝炎e抗原(HBeAg)阳性乙型肝炎患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年6月至2022年8月新乡医学院第三附属医院收治的118例初诊HBeAg阳性乙型肝炎患者作为观察对象,将2020年6月至2021年6月接受常规护理干预的58例患者纳入对照组,2021年7月至2022年8月接受目标设定认知宣教结合情感交互模式的60例患者纳入观察组。比较干预前、干预1个月后两组患者临床效果[慢性肝病问卷(CLDQ)]、治疗依从性[健康依从量表(CHBMS)]、自我效能[一般自我效能量表(GSES)]、应对方式[应对方式量表(CSQ)]。结果 干预前,两组CLDQ、CHBMS、GSES、CSQ评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预1个月后,两组CLDQ、CHBMS、GSES、CSQ评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 目标设定认知宣教结合情感交互模式对于初诊HBeAg阳性乙型肝炎患者干预效果确切,可有效提高患者自我效能和治疗依从性。Objective To explore the application effect of goal-setting cognitive education combined with emotional interaction model on patients with newly-diagnosed hepatitis Be antigen(HBeAg)-positive hepatitis B.Methods From June 2020 to August 2022,118 newly diagnosed patients with HBeAg positive hepatitis B were selected as the observation objects,among them 58 patients who received routine nursing intervention from June 2020 to June 2021 were included in the control group,and 60 patients who received goal-setting cognitive education combined with emotional interaction mode from July 2021 to August 2022 were included in the observation group.The clinical effect[chronic liver disease questionnaire(CLDQ)],treatment compliance[champion health belief model scale(CHBMS)],self-efficacy[general self-efficacy scale(GSES)]and coping styles[coping style questionnaire(CSQ)]were compared between the two groups of patients before intervention and after 1 month of intervention.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of CLDQ,CHBMS,GSES and CSQ between the two groups(P>0.05).After one month’s intervention,the scores of CLDQ,CHBMS,GSES and CSQ in both groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Objective-setting cognitive education combined with emotional interaction mode is effective in the intervention of newly diagnosed patients with HBeAg positive hepatitis B,which can effectively improve patients’self-efficacy and treatment compliance.
