摘　　要：目的 探讨智慧化护理流程在机器人辅助腹腔镜下卵巢癌全面分期术患者围手术期的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年12月在郑州大学第一附属医院拟接受机器人辅助腹腔镜下卵巢癌全面分期术的101例患者,随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(51例)。对照组接受常规护理流程,观察组接受智慧化护理流程。统计两组并发症、康复进程相关指标及护理前后生命体征、疾病不确定感量表及广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)、患者健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)、恐惧疾病进展简化量表(FoP-Q-SF)评分。结果 与对照组比较,术后观察组收缩压、舒张压、心率较低(P<0.05);术后观察组不可预测性、信息缺乏、不明确性、复杂性、GAD-7、PHQ-9、FoP-Q-SF评分较对照组低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组下床活动时间、住院时间、首次排便及排气时间较短,并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论 将智慧化护理流程应用于机器人辅助腹腔镜下卵巢癌全面分期术围手术期患者,可维持生命体征稳定,缓解负面情绪,减少并发症,缩短康复进程。Objective To investigate the effect of intelligent nursing process in the perioperative period of patients undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic comprehensive staging of ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 101 patients with ovarian cancer undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic comprehensive staging of ovarian cancer in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(51 cases).The control group accepted conventional nursing procedures,the observation group accepted intelligent nursing procedures.Complications,recovery process,vital signs before and after nursing,Mishel uncertainty of illness scale,generalized anxiety disorder(GAD-7),patient health questionnaire depression scale(PHQ-9),and fear of progression questionnaire-short form(FoP-Q-SF)scores were counted in the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and heart rate in the observation group were lower after surgery(P<0.05).Unpredictability score,lack of information score,uncertainty score,complexity score,GAD-7 score,PHQ-9 score,FoP-Q-SF score in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the time of getting out of bed,staying in hospital,first defecation and exhaust were shorter in the observation group,and the incidence of complications was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying intelligent nursing processes to perioperative patients undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic comprehensive staging of ovarian cancer can maintain stable vital signs,alleviate negative emotions,reduce complications,and shorten the recovery process.
