集束化护理干预在胆总管结石疾病行ERCP中的应用分析

摘　　要：探析在胆总管结石疾病内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography,ERCP)中行集束化护理干预的实际价值。选取2021年1月—2022年12月在南通市第一人民医院(南通大学第二附属医院)就诊的84例胆总管结石疾病患者为研究对象,对其基本资料进行调查分析,确认符合实验参与条件,同时符合ERCP治疗指征;将84例患者平均分为两个小组,即对照组、观察组,并于对照组中实施常规护理干预,观察组中实施集束化护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果显示:观察组VAS(视觉模拟评分法)评分更优(P<0.05);同时,观察组患者的肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间等术后恢复指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,胆总管结石疾病ERCP治疗中采用集束化护理模式可促进患者术后快速康复、减轻疼痛,患者认可度高。Exploring the practical value of cluster nursing intervention in ERCP(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography)for common bile duct stone disease.84 patients with choledocholithiasis who visited the First People’s Hospital of Nantong City(the Second Affi liated Hospital of Nantong University)from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and their basic data were investigated and analyzed to confi rm that they met the conditions for experimental participation and ERCP treatment indications;Divide 84 patients into two groups on average,namely the control group and the observation group,and implement routine nursing interventions in the control group,while cluster nursing interventions are implemented in the observation group to compare the nursing eff ects of the two groups of patients.The results showed that the VAS(Visual Analog Scoring)score in the observation group was better(P<0.05);At the same time,the observation group had better postoperative recovery indicators such as anal exhaust time,bedtime activity time,and hospital stay than the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has shown that the use of cluster nursing mode in ERCP treatment of common bile duct stones can promote rapid postoperative recovery and reduce pain,with high patient recognition.
