新型综合督导在老年肺结核患者管理中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：探究了新型综合督导在老年肺结核患者管理中的应用效果。选取2020年1月—2023年2月凯里市舟溪镇卫生院管理的老年肺结核患者60例,按照随机数表的方式分为对比组与观察组,患者均接受统一的治疗,对比组患者进行常规督导干预、观察组患者进行新型综合督导干预。对两组的临床管理效果、治疗依从性与生活质量进行比较分析,进一步展开患者痰菌转阴情况及涂阳患者转归情况的对比研究。研究发现,在老年肺结核患者管理中新型综合督导应用,保证了临床管理的效果,同时有效提升了患者的治疗依从性和生活质量,患者的转阴率以及转归率均得到了有效保障,临床应用价值较高。This paper probes into the application effect of new comprehensive supervision in the management of elderly pulmonary tuberculosis patients.From January 2020 to February 2023,60 elderly pulmonary tuberculosis patients managed by Zhouxi Town Health Center in Kaili City were randomly divided into control group and observation group,all of whom received unifi ed treatment.Patients in the control group received routine supervision intervention,while patients in the observation group received new comprehensive supervision intervention.The clinical management eff ect,treatment compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the comparative study of sputum negative conversion and smear positive patients'prognosis was further carried out.It is found that the application of new comprehensive supervision in the management of elderly pulmonary tuberculosis patients ensures the eff ect of clinical management,and at the same time eff ectively improves the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients,and the negative conversion rate and prognosis rate of patients are eff ectively guaranteed,which has high clinical application value.
