基于“冲任”探析针药并用对卵巢早衰性激素水平及证候形态学评分的影响

摘　　要：目的基于中医冲任学说理论分析针刺联合中药对脾肾阳虚型卵巢早衰性激素水平及证候形态学评分的影响。方法将选取2020年5月—2021年3月于河南中医药大学第三附属医院生殖中心就诊的卵巢早衰(脾肾阳虚型)40例患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法,将研究对象分为治疗组和对照组各20例,对照组给予纯中药治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合针刺治疗。干预疗程为3个月。比较治疗结束后60天激素水平的变化及对证候形态学评分的影响。结果与对照组相比,治疗组性激素FSH、LH水平均有明显降低而E2水平明显升高,中医证候形态学评分均降低(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论针刺联合中药可有效调控患者的内分泌水平,在一定程度上改善了女性围绝经期症状(神疲乏力、阴道干涩、失眠多梦,骨蒸盗汗,腰膝酸软等),达到了良好的治疗效果,值得临床大力推广。Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine on the level of ovarian premature failure hormone and the morphological score of the syndrome.Methods Selected from May 2020 to March 2021 in reproductive center of the third affiliated hospital of Henan TCM university premature ovarian failure(spleen kidney Yang deficiency type)40 patients for the study object,take random number table method,the study object were divided into treatment group and control group each 20 cases,control group with pure Chinese medicine treatment,treatment group on the basis,combined acupuncture treatment.The intervention session will be 3 months.To compare the changes in hormone levels at 60 days after completion of treatment and their effect on syndrome morphology score.Results Compared with the control group,the sex hormones FSH and LH levels were significantly decreased while the E2 level was significantly increased,and the morphological score of TCM syndrome was decreased(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine can effectively regulate the endocrine level of patients,to a certain extent,improve the symptoms(fatigue,dry vagina,insomnia,many dreams,bone steaming night sweat,waist and knee weakness,etc.),and achieve good treatment effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
