摘　　要：对Cox健康行为互动模式(interaction mode of client health behavior,IMCHB)的构成要素、特点及应用进行综述,提出在临床应用IMCHB过程中应注意理解各构成要素之间的关系,关注该模式的特点,重视互动环节,全面考虑影响患者健康结局的因素,以促进积极的健康结果。The components,characteristics and application of the Cox Interactive Model of Client Health Behavior(IMCHB)are reviewed,and it is proposed that attention should be paid to understanding the relationship between the components,focusing on the characteristics of the model,attaching importance to the interactive aspects,and comprehensively considering the factors affecting patient health outcomes in the process of clinical application of the IMCHB model in order to promote positive health outcomes.
