摘  要:采用磷酸为浸出剂,葡萄糖为还原剂,回收三元锂电池正极材料,研究了酸浸过程中磷酸浓度、葡萄糖浓度、固液比、温度、时间对Li、Ni、Co、Mn浸出率的影响。结果表明,最佳浸出工艺参数条件为:磷酸浓度4 mol/L、葡萄糖浓度0.5 mol/L、固液比20 g/L、反应温度80℃、反应时间60 min,在此条件下,Li、Ni、Co、Mn的浸出率可分别达到97.3%、96.54%、96.59%、95.31%。利用未反应收缩核模型拟合了酸浸过程的动力学数据,结果显示浸出过程由表面化学反应所控制。使用共沉淀—固相法再生正极材料,所得材料结晶性良好,元素分布均匀,实现了三元锂电池正极材料的再生。The positive electrode material of ternary lithium batteries was recovered via using phosphoric acid as the leaching agent and glucose as the reducing agent.The effects of phosphoric acid concentration,glucose concentration,solid-liquid ratio,temperature,and time on the leaching rate of Li,Ni,Co,and Mn during the acid leaching process were studied.The results showed that the optimal leaching process parameters were:phosphoric acid concentration 4 mol/L,glucose concentration 0.5 mol/L,solid-liquid ratio 20 g/L,reaction temperature 80℃,and reaction time 60 min.Under these conditions,the leaching rates of Li,Ni,Co,and Mn could reach 97.3%,96.54%,96.59%,and 95.31%,respectively.The kinetic data of the acid leaching process was fitted using the unreacted shrinking core model,and the results showed that the leaching process was controlled by surface chemical reactions.The co precipitation solid phase method was used to regenerate the positive electrode material,resulting in good crystallinity and uniform element distribution,achieving closed-loop regeneration of the positive electrode material for ternary lithium batteries.
