摘  要:根据ZL104铸件的结构特点进行工艺分析及设计,确定了造型方式与浇注系统。利用数值模拟软件对差压铸造充型及凝固过程进行模拟,预测铸造缺陷位置,分析形成原因,并通过调整冷铁的材质与厚度实现铸件顺序凝固。采用优化后的工艺方案进行实际生产,得到合格铸件。The process analysis and design of ZL104 casting were carried out through the structural characteristics.The molding mode and pouring system were determined.Numerical simulation software was used to simulate the filling and solidification process of counter pressure casting,predict the location of casting defects,and analyze the formation reasons.The castings can be sequentially solidified by adjusting the material and thickness of the cold iron.The optimized process plan was adopted for actual production and qualified castings were obtained.
