摘 要:为解决大型铸态QT600-3机床横梁铸件出现碎块状、畸形等异常石墨及更多的石墨球和球化衰退与孕育衰退等技术生产难题,将铁液化学成分调整为:ω(C)3.5%~3.8%,ω(Si)1.9%~2.2%,ω(Mn)0.3%~0.6%,ω(S)<0.020%,ω(Cu)0.3%~0.6%,ω(Sn)<0.05%,ω(Sb)<0.015%,低量的P,同时选用1.2%~1.5%重稀土长效球化剂,并采用倒包球化及多次复合孕育处理等熔炼工艺技术,经过生产实践表明:铸态下能生产出长度为9 m的QT600-3机床横梁铸件,实测力学性能甚至优于标准要求。In order to solve the technical production problems of large as-cast QT600-3 machine tool crossbeam castings with abnormal graphite such as fragmented and deformed graphite,as well as more graphite balls,spheroidization and inoculation decay,the chemical composition of the molten iron is adjusted to:ω(C)3.5%~3.8%,ω(Si)1.9%~2.2%,ω(Mn)0.3%~0.6%,ω(S)<0.020%,ω(Cu)0.3%~0.6%,ω(Sn)<0.05%,ω(Sb)<0.015%,and a low amount of P.At the same time,a 1.2%~1.5%heavy rare earth long-term spheroidizing agent was selected,and melting processes such as inverted spheroidization and multiple composite inoculation treatments were used.The production practice shows that QT600-3 machine tool beam castings with a length of 9 m can be produced in the cast state,and the measured mechanical properties are even better than the standard requirements.
