蠕墨铸铁的组织性能及在柴油机中的应用

摘　　要：蠕墨铸铁是综合性能优良的新型工程材料,兼有灰铸铁和球墨铸铁的特征,符合当下对柴油机轻量化需求,满足爆压提升的要求。通过分析蠕墨铸铁的组织、性能、相关国家标准,以及国内外发动机企业应用蠕墨铸铁的情况等,结合笔者单位生产蠕墨铸铁的经验和实践,特别是大吨位蠕墨铸铁,证实喂线法技术可稳定生产蠕墨铸铁,并介绍了喂线法生产蠕墨铸铁件的多项技术突破,分享了主要生产流程,供业内相关人士参考。Vermicular graphite cast iron is a new engineering material with excellent comprehensive properties,which has the characteristics of gray cast iron and ductile cast iron,and meets the current demand for lightweight diesel engine and the requirement of explosion pressure increase.By analyzing the structure,performance,relevant national standards of vermicular graphite cast iron,and the application of vermicular graphite cast iron in engine enterprises both at home and abroad,combining the experience and practice of the author's unit in producing vermicular graphite cast iron,especially large tonnage vermicular graphite cast iron,it is confirmed that the technology of wire feeding can stabilize the production of vermicular graphite cast iron,and introduces a number of technical breakthroughs in the production of vermicular graphite cast iron by wire feeding method.The main production process was shared for the reference of relevant people in the industry.
